I was asked recently to take over a persons place in a 4 man team that has already been entered into this event, well this did spark a lot of thought on my part should I say yes or should I politely decline. I have been doing a lot of running lately and I have been reading a lot about marathon runners and how they train.

Which will probably mean that you can be proud to display your completed time. And, in addition, on top of that, you get the feeling of satisfaction that you have completed something great!

All those point made me think long and hard and in the end I said OK, i will do it.
