City to Bay Training Schedule
This was my first run of this type, I have only been training since January 2007 and completed the 12k run in 1hour 19mins 50Secs as listed in the official results printed in the Tuesdays advertiser newspaper
Training Program for the 2008 City to Bay Fun Run I will be outlining my Training Schedule starting from 12 weeks out from the date of the run which will be on Sunday 21 September 2008. The first post is about the methods I call this my Pre-Season, then the rest of the post will detail that weeks training times and fitness progress.
